Our guards will then email a report to our control room which will allow us to formalize the procedure and email the report to the client.
This fully trained and vetted licensed security officer will check the premises for signs of an intruder and in case of a false alarm will reset the security system. In the event of a break-in, they will escalate the incident to Police and a nominated member of your staff. Our officer will remain on site until your premises are fully secured. Our guards will visit your site in our authorized vehicles and remain a visual deterrent until the issues are resolved.
Our licensed security guards can even arrange emergency repairs if required. They will refer to your site's assignment instructions and make the necessary calls to resolve the issues smoothly and efficiently. We ensure routine visits are made to your premises to make sure our services are operating smoothly.
Safezone Protect also offer an out of hours service for your staff if you do not wish us to hold the keys to the premises. We will meet at your member of staff at the location and check the premises with them so they are not in any danger, remaining with them until the alarm is reset and the premises are secure or in event of a break-in, waiting until the Police arrive.
